And for our alcohol free fam, you can omit the champagne and double up on the Bubbles for a fun faux-mosa flight. So ditch the watery diet cocktails & step away from the sugar spiked cocktails–these mimosas are about to shake up brunch & shape up for summer.

Red: Cherry Limeade Mimosa

What You’ll Need…
  • Champagne or Prosecco 
  • Tart cherry juice
  • Lime juice
  • 1/2  cup frozen cherries, thawed
  • Lime Bubbles 
What You’ll Do…

In a champagne flute, add 2-3 thawed frozen cherries. Fill the champagne flute with 1 part Champagne or Prosecco, 1 part Lime Bubbles, & a splash of tart cherry juice and lime juice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and lime wedge. Serve & sip!

Orange: Mango Tango Mimosa

What You’ll Need…

  • 3 whole mangos, diced
  • Champagne or Prosecco 
  • Lime Bubbles to top

What You’ll Do…

Place the mango in a food processor and pulse until smooth. In a champagne flute, add 2 tablespoons of the mango puree to each glass & top with 1 part Champagne or Prosecco & 1 part Lime Bubbles. Garnish with an orange slice. Serve & sip!

Yellow: FineApple Mimosa

In a champagne flute, add 1 part champagne or Prosecco, 1 part Lemon Bubbles, & a heavy splash of pineapple juice. Garnish with a pineapple slice & sprig of mint. Serve & sip!

Green: Lean Green Mimosa

What You’ll Need…

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & choppedPineapple juice
  • ½ cucumber, sliced and chopped
  • ½ green apple
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup water
  • 2-4 tbsp stevia, monk fruit, or other sweetener of choice
  • Champagne or Prosecco 
  • Cucumber Bubbles to top

What You’ll Do…

Place the ginger, cucumber, apple, mint, lemon juice, water,& preferred sweetener to a food processor and pulse until smooth. In a champagne flute, add 2 tablespoons of the green juice puree to each glass & top with 1 part Champagne or Prosecco & 1 part Cucumber Bubbles. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon. Serve & sip!

Blue: Buh-bye Blues Mimosa

What You’ll Need…

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 2-4 tbsp stevia, monk fruit, or sweetener of choice
  • Blue Curacao 
  • Champagne or Prosecco 
  • Huckleblueberry Bubbles to top
  • Frozen blueberries

What You’ll Do…

Mix the lemon juice, water, & preferred sweetener in a small pitcher & stir until well combined. In a champagne flute, add 1 part low calorie lemonade (lemon mixture), 1 part Prosecco, and 1 part Huckleblueberry Bubbles. Top with a splash of Blue Curacao to achieve a blue color. Garnish with a lemon slice and a small handful of frozen blueberries. Serve & sip!

Purple: Flying Purple People Pleaser Mimosa

What You’ll Need…

  • Butterfly pea flower tea, brewed and chilled
  • Lemon juice
  • Champagne or Prosecco 
  • Strawberry Bubbles to top

What You’ll Do…

In a champagne flute, add 1 part brewed & chilled butterfly pea flower tea, 1 part champagne or Prosecco, & 1 part Strawberry Bubbles. Add a splash of lemon juice to top. Garnish with a slice of lemon & a sprinkle of culinary lavender buds. Serve & sip!
